Bucatini with Plant Based Alfredo Sauce

1 cauliflower cooked and warmed

1 cup of plant milk

1 clove of garlic

3 tablespoons of vegan butter 

1/2 cup of Mauxa

1/2 cup of Plant Parm



Salt and pepper 


    1. Add the cauliflower, plant milk, garlic, vegan butter, Mauxa, Plant Parm and salt and pepper to a blender and mix until well combined.
    2. cook your rapini and bucatini 
    3. add sauce to pasta and top with rapini
    4. Enjoy!!
