400g of Firm Tofu

2 tsp Turmeric

1 tbsp Cornstarch

3 tbsp Plant Parm

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Plant Milk

1  Chopped Onion

1 Cubed Zucchini 

1 Clove or Garlic

1/2 Cup of chopped Mushrooms 

1 vegan pie crust

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup of Mauxarella 



  1. In a blender mix together the tofu, turmeric, cornstarch, Plant Parm, salt, plant milk. Mix well in blender until smooth. 
  2. Saute the onion, zucchini, garlic, mushrooms and spinach at medium heat with some olive oil. 
  3. Mix the tofu mixture with the sautéed vegetables 
  4. Fill the pie crust with the mixture and top with the grated Mauxarella. 
  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes!
